Koleksi Piringan Hitam

Ketika pertama kali aku beli piringan hitam bahkan sampai koleksiku mencapai 50 biji, aku belum punya PH Player, aneh ya?  Ceritanya begini: suatu ketika aku nongkrong-nongkrong di satu kios di Jalan Surabaya, kiosnya Ismail, sambil ngobrol dia kasih lihat PH King Crimson - In the Court of the Crimson King, tadinya aku sama sekali gak kepikiran buat beli, lha wong aku sudah punya CD-nya, tapi lama-lama kok menarik juga… kalau di lihat-lihat gambarnya bener-bener menggetarkan kalbu… akhirnya aku beli itu PH seharga Rp. 30.000. Trus di rumah aku setel CD In the Court of the Crimson King sambil megang, memperhatikan, mengelus-elus sampul PH itu…. rasanya nuansatik banget…. Ya akhirnya, setelah itu aku sering cari dan ngumpulin PH dengan maksud untuk menemani saat nyetel CD yang bersangkutan, rasanya lebih enak kalau dengar musiknya sambil menikmati gambar kover yang gede itu.

Baru tahun 2012 ini impianku untuk memiliki turntable bisa terwujud, dan akhirnya satu persatu album piringan hitam, yang sebagian besar sudah hampir sepuluh tahun menjadi koleksi pasif, akhirnya bisa aku nikmati suaranya...
